Purpose of Entry

Blue Curve will perform professional drone (UAS) and/or ground-based photography and videography services on the Property, including site inspection, equipment setup, staging, aerial operations, and any related activities necessary to complete the contracted work.

Right of Entry Granted

I, the undersigned Property Owner or Authorized Agent, hereby grant Blue Curve, including its owner Sean Dewil, employees, contractors, subcontractors, and agents ("Personnel"), the full and unrestricted Right of Entry onto, over, and within the above-listed Property for the purpose described.

This authorization includes:

  • Access to all exterior areas reasonably required for safe flight operations
  • Access to interior areas only if specifically permitted by the Owner/Agent
  • Placement and repositioning of equipment
  • Ground and aerial operations
  • Follow-up visits if needed for supplemental capture or corrections

This Right of Entry is valid for the date(s) of scheduled services and any reasonable rescheduled or follow-up dates.

Owner / Agent Representations

By signing below, I confirm:

  1. I am the lawful owner or have full legal authority to grant access to the Property.
  2. I understand the nature of the work and authorize Blue Curve to perform the Services.
  3. I accept responsibility for notifying tenants, occupants, or relevant parties of Blue Curve's presence.
  4. I understand this authorization is solely for property access and does not transfer any ownership or usage rights to Blue Curve beyond what is necessary to perform the Services.

Hold Harmless for Access Authorization

This ROE is strictly an access authorization.

The Client who hired Blue Curve remains responsible for all contractual terms, payments, media rights, and liability waivers under the main Service Agreement.

This ROE does not obligate the Property Owner to any of those terms.
